We had a fantastic time during our recent stay at Walaker in Solvorn. Our purpose was to explore the beautiful surroundings and immerse ourselves in nature, and the hotel's location was perfect for that. With stunning views of the fjord and easy access to the ferry for a visit to the Stave Church, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. The hotel itself was incredibly charming, with romantic and traditional public rooms that added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Dinner time at the Walaker was truly special, with excellent food and candlelight creating a lovely ambiance. We also enjoyed a number of nice hikes nearby, including a memorable 8 km hike to the top of mount Molden. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.
